How do I update my tax exemption?

• Your certificate expired or was revoked
• Your legal business name or address changed
• You added new ship-to states that require separate exemption
• You received a new certificate from your state

Email admin@expediaparts.com with:

• Subject: Tax exemption update — [company name]
• Updated certificate (PDF)
• Account email or recent order number (if any)
• Note what changed (renewal, new state, name change)

Allow 1–2 business days for review. Until we confirm, new orders follow our standard checkout tax policy.
