Help customers choose the right engine, transmission, or automotive part for their vehicle and needs. This role focuses on lead follow-up, quote support, product guidance, and building trust throughout the buying process.

You’ll follow up on leads, answer fitment and pricing questions, and guide customers through major drivetrain purchases with clear communication. Strong candidates stay organized across CRM notes, follow-up timing, and quote workflows while building trust during high-stakes decisions.
